Good idea!
As a temporary workaround, you should be able to include that information along with the student's name. Current accepted characters in that field include: letters, numbers, dash (-), space ( )
Currently, there are two Delivery Models available:
- Individual: Total of 1 student in the therapy session
- Group: Total of 2 or more students in the therapy session
This request would extend those options to accept any number >= 1. However, a non-numeric selection is still required for the ">=2" (Group) delivery model.
The current version of the scheduler outputs schedules that therapists repeat every week.
Ideas for workarounds, which will work with the current scheduler:
- If a student must be seen 30 minutes at a time once a month, enter it as if the student must receive 30 minutes of therapy each week. Then, only invite the student to one of his/her scheduled weekly sessions each month.
- Enter all of your students who are seen weekly, then tell the scheduler to create your schedule for you. When it's done, manually add your monthly-only students in the gaps that remain in your weekly schedule.
To properly implement this feature request, it would take some reworking, since the basic assumption is that the scheduler outputs a schedule that the therapist repeats weekly. But we'll be happy to consider making the change if this request receives enough votes!
Hi there! There is not currently an option to output into a CSV. However, we're always looking for new ideas for future features!
The primary issue with formats like CSV is that they're uniquely structured. In other words, a CSV format useful for one SLP may not be useful for another. Are you looking to export the CSV so that it can be imported by another program? Or are you just looking for a generic output?
I'm pleased to report that this feature has been completed and is now live on slpscheduler.com. When entering your caseload data, you can now add "groupings", which are lists of students that you desire to be grouped.
Following are the types of groupings available:
- Must have all of these students together (and no others)
- Must have all of these students together
- Prefer to have all of these students together (and no others)
- Prefer to have all of these students together
- Prefer to have none of these students together
- Must have none of these students together
Give it a try, and please send feedback to help@slpscheduler.com. Thanks!
I'm pleased to report that this feature has been completed and is now live on slpscheduler.com. The execution page for any active schedules should have new buttons to "Export calendar". Please send feedback to help@slpscheduler.com.
Thanks!
FYI, our new graphical format is another way to print your generated schedule. It's not a PDF per se, but it's a brand new view that is suitable for printing and handing out to administrators/faculty.
You can peruse your historically generated schedules by visiting https://slpscheduler.com/scheduler/history/, and see how your schedule looks when graphically displayed in the new format.
