Has my free trial started yet?

Here's the standard account flow:

  1. Create a free account on slpscheduler.com.  No credit card is required.  Users with accounts have full access to the Caseload Editor, which you can use to start entering your caseload information.
    • You'll know you've passed this stage because you're able to login to slpscheduler.com.  You'll also see emails related to registering an account and confirming your email address.
    • You won't be able to generate schedules yet.
    • You'll see either "Registered" or "Activated" as your Account State on your Account Profile page.
  2. Once you're ready to generate your first schedule, you'll be prompted to start your free 7-day trial.  This requires a credit card, but it won't be charged until the 7-day trial concludes.
    • You'll know you've passed this stage because you'll recall typing in your credit card information.  You'll also see emails related to starting the trial (like our "High five" email).  You'll also be able 
    • There's no charge if you cancel your trial before it concludes.
    • You'll see "Trialing" as your Account State on your Account Profile page.
  3. Once the 7-day trial concludes, your credit card will automatically be charged, and you'll have full access to the scheduling engine throughout the school year.


Bottom line:  Your free trial doesn't start until you enter your credit card info.
