Allow saving with validation errors

I think it would be great to be able to save a draft version of my caseload. It is very time consuming to input all of the information and can sometimes be difficult to fix problems. It would save some stress if I could save while still having some validation errors. You could make it where you can't generate a schedule with them, but at least let me save the info! Thanks :)
