Simplify caseload entry when multiple students have same availability restrictions
Right now, each student must have a complete list of their applicable availability restrictions. This is very repetitive when multiple students share the same primary classroom teacher.
Consider allowing availability restrictions to be added per primary classroom teacher. Perhaps even per grade or per building.

Was going to say the same thing! This would be extremely helpful if you could just set up availability restrictions for each teacher since so many of my kids are from the same class. It would be great to just click "Mrs. Smith's Restrictions" (such as their music, recess, lunch, library and computer time) for each student and then add any additional restrictions that each student from that class might have.
I was thinking the same thing. Grade level would be great for me, because they share the same activity, lunch, and recess schedule.
This would be such a time saver! It took hours to go in to each individual student and enter the times that they were unavailable (lunch, itineriants, recess, etc). If I could do this by grade level it would have made the process much more user friendly.
Agree with these comments! This was the most time consuming part. It would be most beneficial if you could enter times by grade since they share the same lunch, recess, specials schedules and then type in more specific restrictions on a student by student basis.
I'm pleased to report that this (our most-requested feature) has been implemented. You can now apply availability entries across an entire building/grade, or across an entire classroom. (Of course, you can still enter student-specific entries if you desire.) Please email us at help@slpscheduler.com if you have any problems or questions. Thanks for your patience!
